Welcome to the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg Cultural Education Centre.
This centre integrates the past, present, and future of the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg. Its mission is to educate, preserve, and share the Algonquin culture, history, language, and traditions. The circular building symbolizes the sacred circle, the cycles of life, and the story of creation.

The Kitigan Zibi Cultural Centre features exhibitions, artifacts, paintings, and photographs that highlight the richness of Algonquin culture and history. It also houses the permanent archaeological exhibit Kichi Sibi, a collection of artifacts donated by community members and amateur archaeologists, discovered along the shores of the Ottawa River over the past 150 years.
