The Centre de jour de Messines, located at 5 Adélard Street, in partnership with Loisir Sport Outaouais and Circonflexe, offers free access to a variety of adaptive sports equipment for people with reduced mobility, as well as sports and recreational equipment to help you make the most of the outdoors in every season.

Whether you’re looking to try a new activity, get some fresh air, or explore the attractions of the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, this initiative gives everyone the opportunity to get active at their own pace and fully enjoy outdoor recreation.

Contact the Centre de jour de Messines directly to find out what equipment is available, or visit the Circonflexe website to browse the equipment offered and check availability.
