The Centre de valorisation des aliments de la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau (CVAVG) mission is to bring together communities, businesses, organizations and institutions with the aim of coordinating, developing and supporting various initiatives on the territory of the Gatineau-Valley to promote accessibility, autonomy, education and food security in a sustainable and supportive manner.

Services: Food pick-up and transportation, food transformation, community garden.

Boutique for ordering buffets (hot or cold, or à-la-carte).

Catering service with delivery or take-out.
