The Vallée-de-la-Gatineau Curling Club is a well-structured local pillar, rich in history, dynamic, and firmly rooted in the community.
In 1999, curler Réginald Bouchard, convinced that curling had a place in Maniwaki, organized an initial meeting that attracted more than 70 potential players.
Over time, curling grew in popularity and today, the club boasts more than 130 active members for the 2024–2025 season.

The club offers leagues for all skill levels, with games scheduled during the day, in the evening, or on weekends, accessible to everyone. It also hosts Bonspiel-style tournaments, promoting camaraderie and friendly competition.
